How much does a survey cost?

$1000 is the cost of our lowest scope of service. There is no property survey we offer that costs less than this.
Land surveying is skilled, licensed work that involves research, fieldwork, calculations, and documentation. The price reflects that.
Your actual quote may be higher depending on:
The size and shape of your parcel
How rural or overgrown the property is
The availability of prior surveys and deed records
The type of survey you need
Whether a plat must be recorded with your county
Can you just give me a “ballpark” price?

We don't give prices over the phone without doing homework first. When you reach out, we'll ask you to fill out our Request a Survey form, then look up your deed, tax records, and any prior survey work before we email you your quote.
This takes a little time on our end, typically less than 24hours, but it means the number we give you is grounded in your actual property, not a guess.
